An experimental film of exactly one minute shows the demolition of The Palace of the Republic
which was the Berlin Palace before and should be reconstructed as the Berlin Palace again.
It is accompanied with Chopin’s minute waltz which was supposedly composed as Chopin saw
a dog revolve around itself whilst trying to snatch its own tail.
